Learning Scenarios

Obviously there are a lot of things going on around us. From emerging countries to financial crisis. From globalization to individualism. From protected data to an immense overload of data. To prepare for the future and be able to choose the right directions, Hans de Zwart and Willem Manders (both Shell) were hosting the preconference session about Learning Scenarios. In a 3 hours workshop they inspired their participants to focus on the driving forces behind the changes they see. What can we say about learning in organisations in 2015-2020… or, can we say anything about learning in organisations in 2015-2020?

During the workshop my ‘team’ decided to focus on globalisation vs. individualism and on fat vs. thin resources. In the slidecast Ben is explaining our thoughts very bright.

During the rest of the conference we will be busy finishing our homework on learning scenarios. For me it was a great start of the conference.

Online Educa 2011
